What is a Neo-Cat?

A Neo-Cat is a regular-sized cat, but they look much different. A Neo-Cat has a neon-colored base pelt, with black markings on it's body, and a black-tipped tail. They can have markings on their pelts like regular cats, but they are always black, white or a different neon color.



This Neo-Cat is rare, thus it's pelt color (white/silver).
(I made it a light gray so you could see it easily against the white background.)

After a bit of judging I've decided the winner of this neo-cat is Kat754, with the name Neari. Enjoy! ^^
