What is a Batogleon?
A batogleon is an unusual species that has just recently been discovered. It has glowing orbs on various parts of it's body and the ones on it's nose and eyes control it's senses there. The whip-like tail is as long as it's whole body, and occasionaly longer. Its ears are tall and batlike, taking up most of the area of its head. They point backwards in a relaxed position, but are capable of rotating a full 360 degrees to catch every sound wave. On it's four feet, it has long caws close together that can help it balance on things as thin as wires. It also has a three-pronged, snake-like tongue that works as a snake's does. When first discovered, one of the adventurer's comrads said that it looked like a "mixture of a bat, dog, and chameleon." This is how it got it's name: bat-og-leon.
