Story on how you obtained it:
It was a bright and sunny morning, I remember, when I met him. The sun was shining on the morning dew grass. I breathed in, the cold air filling my lungs. I decided it was a good day for a rise. So I ran out of the house and down to the barn, where I looked around for my tack and saddle bags, today was the perfect day.
Tacking my filly, I got ready for the ride in the woods. I trotted across the dewy grass, bouncing up and down, feeling great. I told my horse to canter, the birds from the trees flying away. A buny hopped across a log an into it, and I smiled "Today is the perfect day, it couldn't get any better," I said to my horse.
The woods got darker, the foliage hiding the happy face of the sun. Sounds of the animals came out, scaring me and my horse. I looked into the distance, trying to see if there were any animals blocking the way. It was quite cold in the middle of the woods, and I could see my breath. I told my horse to trot a little further, making sure no one was there. I heard something that moment, a snort, a noise like a horse. I knew it wasn't coming from mine, for my horse got scared by the noise. She backed up, but I urged her forward. A couple of minutes later, we kept walking forward. I looked up into the darkness again. And I saw a puff, a puff, actually two, coming form... nostrils.
I smiled and jumped off my horse, tying her up to small tree. She pawed at the ground, and I calmed her. I walked forward, slowly and carefully. I looked up into the night again, seeing the puffs coming from the horse. I stepped forward, stepping on a branch. I saw the horse's breath move, I scared him. "Shh, It'll be alright," I said, holding out my hand. I stepped forward slightly, looking above his breath. Before I knew it, his cold eyes appeared.
I smiled and kept walking, holding my hand out. He took a step forward, and I saw his hooves, dark and cold. I smiled, And his chest and face appeared, grey, beautiful. "You look like a Grey Scale," I said. He snorted trotting up to me, looking into my eyes. He outstretched his big, beautiful wings, and my eyes sparkled. "A pegasus," I said, smiling again. He snorted, and I hugged the stallion.
We walked home that night, and I was the happiest girl alive. I knew nobody else that owed a pegasus, he was special, beautiful, and very grey. And that's why I named him GreyScale, and I loved him forever.
