What are fennec gem dragons?
Fennec gem dragons are small creatures which are extreme good balancers thanks to their huge ears, while their paws are capable of walking on vary warm surfaces easily. Fennec gem dragons have really bright markings most of the time to scare off larger animals but really they are harmless.

Dew was born around others, but always had a strong connection to water, of moist. She has always loved that kind of things. Every morning, she collects dew from the grass. Hence her name, Dew.

Why: I think he's a male because he looks likes he been in a lab playing with chemicals and experimenting ^u^
Art/Longer Story:

Hannah walked into her basement, it was dark save for a few luminous puddles on the floor. She looked around hesitantly "Tinker?" she sighed, that little Dragon was always getting himself in trouble. She heard a small clink of test-tubes and beakers in the far corner and walked over there, seeing her little Tinker mixing various chemicals and substances, she smiled "Hello Tinker, What's on the agenda today?" she smiled fondly at her Fennec Gem Dragon. He was about 2 ft high, he was a dark grey, with varying shades of blue and grey making intricate patterns around his legs and tail, he has a small mark on his flank of a spiral with three dots along one side. Currently Tinker was wearing a small custom made by Hannah Lab Coat and some Lab Goggles, he looked adorable. Tinker looked up at her with large blue eyes and a cheeky smile "I'm seeing whether I can make the Elixir of life" Hannah chuckled smiling at her small dragon "Okay Tink, I'll leave you to it." Hannah ruffled his ears and walked back upstairs.

Tinker watched her go with a small smile, his eyes bright, he then turned back to his experiment and carried on adding different chemicals to it, a small frown puckering his eyebrows. He turned his back to the experiment for a few seconds to see where the small ham wrap he'd brought down was, Chemistry was hard work! Suddenly there was an almighty boom, he hadn't calculated the reaction of Magnesium with Sulphur quite as efficiently as he'd thought, he sighed and wiped the fine ash of his face. Hannah came rushing down the stairs "Tink? What did you do?" he smiled nervously and rubbed the back of his neck "I didn't quite calculate the reactivity of two elements..." he hid his face in his hands and peeked up at her. Hannah started giggling uncontrollably and scooped him up in her arms and cuddled him close to her "You're a real character Tinker" he purred in a dragonish way and rubbed his head against her chin. He was truly happy in his new home. <3

What will you use him/her for? A Fursona and a sort of mascot, I'm a bit of a science geek too ^u^
