"Happy 4th of July!"

This is a very special Rune hatchling that was found while me and my sister were watching the fireworks for the 4th of July. The little fellow is adorned in glow sticks and sparklers, as he gears up for the celebrations, and lets out a happy trill every time a firework is let loose into the skies. His eyes seem to become twice as big as he watches the colorful array of explosions and even his pelt is adorned with the fireworks he seems to love! This dragon is constantly seen with a sparkler that he twirls around in excitement and refuses to part with it as it burns endlessly as if it were possessed by magic! He loves to dance as the glow sticks upon his tail always indicate where the playful rune is in the dark. He has thoroughly enjoyed the fireworks as much as we have and even stowed away in my bag when I returned back home. Crafty little devil, he is certainly the life of the party and a very cheerful and loving dragon companion to have around. He is looking for a good home and can't wait to see the candidates who will offer to take this party animal under their wings!

Why do you wish to have him/her:
I found Lekki when I was brossing the created pets. I knew when I saw him he was the Rune for me. I knew I had to at least try for this stunning boy. I loved how he had the little sparkler and the glow bracelets. I also fell head over heels in love whith his design. I loved how the fireworks started small on his head then beacame bigger as they went down the body. And he had my heart when I read the little story you had for him. I really hope Lekki can be mine.
Where will you keep him/her:
Wow! If he was mine he`d be in my siggy, have his own charrie thread, be in animations, have stories about his life, I would make sculpturs of him, and so much more! He would be a forever loved and cherished character. I would also try to find him freinds and join the rps.

Lekki has a obession whith fireworks and glowsticks. He loves to collect them and he has a very big collection. He also has an obssesion whith poprocks and sour straws. He could eat those two foods for the rest of his life. He also weirdly like glitter.Lei also loves lemonaide.
Story:
Bang! The colorful explosion of blues and reds light up the night sky. I heard a skirll cry split the night air. Then a bright light that looked like glow braclets. I walked over to where I saw the light land. I let out a gasp of amazment as I was face to face whith a little rune dragon.
The little rune dragon flew into the air on to my shoulder and made a little coo noise. "Hey little guy what you doing whithout your owner?" I whispered softly. He made a sad low cry. Almost as if he had spoken to me I knew this little guy was ownerless. Feeling sorry for the little rune I whispered, "Hey little guy want to watch the fireworks whith me." Just as I finished my sentence a firework wizzed into the air and exploded.
The little rune make a shrill cry and his lttle eyes got bright as in yes. I headed back to my blanket where I had somem poprocks and sour staws. The sky light up ounce more as a green and silver firework shot off. I turned my head to see the little rune dragon whith a sour straw in him mouth. I giggled as he made a face at the sour taste. I was surprised when he little head went back into the bag and came out whith his jaws full of sour staws.
A little girl ran by whith a spakler and his eyes were fixtated on the sparkler. I smiled as I went into my bag and grabbed two sparklers. I lit one and gave it to the rune. I lit mine and looked over he had the the spakler in his tail and sat there fancinated by the firework on a stick. I giggled before saying, "You like that don`t you? Ha you look like a little firework yourself."
I watched him for the rest of the show and even gave him some poprocks, whith he loved. When the show was over I was sad to have to leave the little guy. He made a skill noise as he hoped on my shoulder. I looked him in the eyes and his eyes shown love. I decided I couldn`t leave him he was just too perfect. He nuzzled my face as I said, "Hey little guy do you want to go home whith me? To be my enternal freind." He gave a shrill cry of joy and flew into the air. He did a couple of flips before coming back onto my shoulder. I took that as a yes. "I will name you Lekki for you being like a flame in the dark. Come on lets go home Lei," I said happily as I began the walk home whith Lei on my shoulder.

Pyrotechnic Hazard (Hazard for short)
Reason for Name:
Hazard's name suits his personality perfectly. A firework lover - that's the Pyrotechnic part - and a mischevious little guy - that's the Hazard part. It also has to do with his singular, hazardous quirk.

Personality:
Hazard is a mischevious little trickster. As expected, he is obsessed with fireworks. He will do anything to get his hands - err, claws - on them, and once he's got them, beware! There's no telling what this little fiend will do. He has played countless tricks involving fireworks on many innocent humans, and can't get enough of the laughter it brings him.
He hates being called "Haz", but I do it just to tease him. Naro, my Frost Rune, doesn't think highly of Hazard's pranks and quirkiness. However, Pyry, Naro's son, my Blizzard Rune, happens to be Hazard's best friend, and they get into a good deal of troublesome scrapes together - most of them are, I believe, Hazard's nefarious ideas, as Pyry isn't the type to get into trouble without persuasion.
Hazard's pranks are usually harmless, funny little things, but come the Fourth of July he is actually quite dangerous. No one would believe it to look at him, but believe me, he is an evil genius. He will stop at nothing once he has a firework-related plan. I feel sorry for anyone who should happen get in his way, whether on accident or on purpose. Sometimes he goes so far I have to lock him in a room by himself, all the exits of which are constantly guarded. But, luckily for everyone, that has only happened once or twice.
Once you really get to know Hazard, he can be quite fun. Most don't want to get to know him because they have been the target of one of his pranks or jokes, but I have gotten to know him, and he isn't always the little jokester. When he isn't off on a rampage caused by his lack of fireworks, he is a playful little guy who loves to have fun, even if it doesn't involve pulling pranks on anyone. He will contentedly splash around in streams until he gets it into his foolish head to do something, well, foolish! But once he is occupied by something un-prankish, it takes him a while to become prankish again, unless someone has "offended his dignity", as I just know he would put it.
Overall, though he is a mischevious little imp and a pain in the back at times, he is absolutely worth the trouble. If I went back in time and had to make the decision again of whether or not to keep this little guy, I know what I'd choose - the same answer I chose the first time.
Why do you wish to have him:
I, being an American citizen, love to celebrate and honor the birth of my country. So how could I not go for this patriotic little rascal? Also, the story I'm going to write about him involves some of my real-life experiences from this year's Independence Day. Neither of my current Runes (both male) are mischevious, so I feel like I should have a little rascal as well. If I do get Hazard, he'll be the last male I get, because I want to keep the genders even so none of my Runes feel lonely.

Hazard likes fireworks, obviously. But it's what he does with them that's a real quirk. Haz (he hates me calling him that, but I do it just to tease him XD) will collect fireworks, then - well, why don't you read the story below (which is currently a WIP) if you want to find out.

Spark, surprisingly, is not the brightest of runes. He doesnt really know, or care much about serious issues, like, true love, and peoples feelings, for instance, he would not know if he had offended somebody, so therefore he would not apolagize, though, if they told him he had hurt there feelings, he would feel very guilty and try to make it up. He really does care about peoples feelings though, even though it wont seem like it. Spark is pretty friendly, the way he gets confused by the simplest of things makes you laugh. can always lift your spirits and make your day, though, he will snap sometimes, especially when he snap too sometimes, especially when he is tired. Spark has learnt to dance with fire too, he can go around with it on a stick, whizzing about in the dark, you wont be able to see him, just the bright light of fire, he can dance with it, and it wont even touch his skin. the little fellow, so cute with his glow sticks too, he can entertain himself all day, with one boring old worn out glowstick, honestly. just so long as he doesnt chew it..
Why do you wish to have him:
Because the little guy is so unique as well as amazing, adorable, and fantastic, he is very special to me, he is not like most runes i have seen, i have wanted only two runes before, but this one, feels special. i would do anything to have him, i dont own a rune yet, and this one, would be perfect for my first!
Where will you keep him:
In my siggy, in my trading rules, in my intro, i will draw him a lot, im planning to make a picture with all of my characters in it, and he will be right in the middle next to my fursone. lol!so basically EVERWHERE i can show him off ^^
Will you breed him in the future:
No, i dont think i will, purely because he is so special, i dont think any other rune is worth enough to be with him.
Any Quirks:
Sparkle has a habbit, well, more of an obsession, with lavander. for instance, if you left him alone with a patch of lavander near bye, within three seconds he would be crazily rolling around in it and rubbing against it, making his little tail vibrate, which only happens when he smells lavander. and, he wont calm down for hours after. honestly, its totally mad!

I looked outside the car window, watching the fireworks and the kids with sparklers go by. I glanced at my friend, tanya was also looking out the window. Tanyas dad was dropping us off at a bomb-fire-night party at daniels house, daniel was tanyas crush. They're was going to be a massive bomb fire, and fireworks and glow sticks and sparklers and all sorts. My tummy growled. "Sorry, i'm starving, i hope theres food there." I blushed embarrased. "Well, i think there will be, and, were here!" Tanya sat bolt up right, looking through the front window, we where pulling in at somebodys house, and i could see over the fence that there was lots of people in the garden. I opened my door and stepped out, i walked up to the house with tanya, and her dad behind. He knocked on the door. A short lady opened it a few moments later, she was in a sparckly dress with short high heels on. "Hello, hi tanya." She smiled, she had seen tanya before. "Hello, urm, is it all right if i pick them up later, about, twelve?" He asked. "Yep, thats fine, see you later then." The woman smiled and closed the door. "I'll take you two through then shall i?" She smiled and lead the way into the garden. "This place is nice!" I whispered to tanya as i spotted a large dining room with a grand piano in the corner, and another room with a massive flat screen tv on the wall. tanya nodded as we walked out into the garden. "wow!!!" I froze, staring at the garden, it was at least 15 square metres. there was a whole bunch of fire works set up at the very end, and a massive fire at the edge with people melting marshmallows on it, and three tables full of party food on them, people dancing around with sparklers and glowsticks on there arms, and of course music. "Well, theres food and drink over there. if you need anything, just ask me or daniel." The woman said, then went off to get the door again. "This must be the best party in the whole world." Tanya gasped, getting exited. "well, I'm hungry." I pulled tanya over to the food and we filled our plates up and got some drinks of coke, we went to sit near the fire and started eating. "Look, look! the fireworks!" Tanya pointed, the lady was lighting them. I gaped as the first one went up, it was one of those really loud ones that cost like forty pounds. i watched a few more with my mouth open, then went to sip my drink, but i froze. "What the.." I saw, an odd little thing, some sort of creature, under the hedge, watching the fireworks, it was jumping up and down and running in circles and letting out a squeak ever time one went of, it had a sparkler in its tail, it waved it around madly. I stood up cautiously, leaving tanya, distracted. it only noticed me when i was a few feet away, it jumped backwards frightfully, i held my hand out, frowning. "What are you?" i muttered as it sniffed me, then it suddenly zoomed past me as the finalae went off, at least 5 per second, big ones, small ones, red, green, purple, yellow, blue, every type or firework. The little creature caught my eye as it jumped into the air, it zoomed off, high into the air, diving looping twirling, doing all sorts of things in its exitment. then the fireworks stopped and everybody cheered and clapped. The creature thing looked up, tilting its head, wondering where they had gone. After a few minutes of drifting around, looking about the sky, it came down, and i picked it up. "Wow, you must have loved that." I chuckled. It looked at me with a sparkle in its eyes. "I thought animals where scared of fireworks?" It suddenly curled up, and lay down in my hands, tucking its nose into its tail. I gasped. "Hey! i know what you are, your a rune dragon, ive read about them before, but ive never seen your type before." I shrugged. "you know what, i think i'll keep you." I decided, but sort of asked it at the same time, it looked up and cuddled into my chest, must be a yes i thought, smiling.

Reason:
There are a multitude of reasons why I want this baby Rune, but I will keep it short so I won't bore you. First I will start with appearance. I love, love, LOVE, the markings and designs! He is so glowy, and cute, and positively brilliant. And he has a sparkler? Who doesn't love sparklers?! He also has glow rings, which just add to awesome. He just is the cutest baby Rune I have ever seen! He just seems like the type who would love to have fun and just plain get into mischief.

I also love how he is based off of fireworks. Due to an extremely bad drought, we had a burn ban were we lived so I had to miss out on the fireworks. It was kinda sad not being able to let off even smoke bombs or sparklers. So, when I saw one based on fireworks I had to try!

Will you breed him?
Honestly, I do not know. The future is far off, and I don't want to say no and then change my mind later. So for right now, I will say yes, but I will be terribly picky, and it might just be one of my own runes later on.

Where will you keep him?
I will keep him in my signature, at least of a good while. I will make a fan page for him and any other Runes I may get. I will use him for stories with future runes and I will also draw tons of fan art of him. Believe me, he will not get ignored at all.


In General:
Fizzle is an upbeat and cheerful Rune. He always appears happy and always seems to be playing, either with other Runes or with his sparkler. Of course, he is incredibly playful. He loves making new friends, and loves even more to play with them. He is oblivious to evil and badness, so he will try to make friends with those who aren't exactly the nicest of creatures. Even if they are mean to him, he hardly ever seems bothered. Nothing ever keeps him down for long.

Fizzle can be a mischief maker when left alone. He can find trouble in anything and everything! Carrying around a sparkler does little to help this little trouble maker. If he gets excited and starts twirling it happily, he can potentially set your house or clothes on fire. He takes a watchful eye and flame-proof curtains to keep your home safe. He always seems appologetic whenever he does manage to set something on fire. Don't even thing about keep fireworks in your house. He will find them.

Fizzle is energetic creature and, at times, a handful. However, he is sweet and kind and doesn't have a mean bone in his tiny body. He absolutely adores his friends and all of those he meets. He loves to play, but he often finds himself introuble.

Likes:
Fireworks- Of course he loves fireworks. He loves the flash and the boom and bright colors. Especially the colors. The bigger and flashier they are, the better. However, he absolutely adores his sparkler. It always seems to glow, and he waves the endless firework about happily. However, it seems to change colors with his emotions. The happier he is, the brighter it is. The only time it seems to dim is when he is sleeping or sick. He is fiercly protective over this possession.

Pop Rock Candy- Once he discovered these things, he fell in love. He absolutely loves how they pop and crackle in his mouth, and the sweetness of the sugar. To him it feels like edible fireworks, which makes him extremely happy. His favorite flavor is tropical punch.

Summer Evenings- He is most active at this time and can be seen flitting about outside, chasing fireflies and listening to cicadas. He seems to know it is this time of year that fireworks are more likely to come and sometimes will be seen staring at the sky with anticipation.

Dislikes:
[Yes, even the most cheerful of runes have to dislike somethings.

Water- It seems quite obvious the firework based Rune would hate water. It ruins his chances of watching fireworks, makes were he is has to be stuck inside, dims his sparkler, and is cold and wet. He absolutely hates water. He very rarily takes baths unless there are a ton of bubbles to distract him.

Smoke bombs- His least favorite firework. He hates how they smell and they don't do anything but cloud the area. They sometimes smell awful, and they sting his rather large eyes. The only thing he likes about them is that they clear the are of mosquitoes.

Mosquitoes- He isn't a big fan of the little buggers. They bite him and he hate itching at them. He swats at them with his sparkler and wings and just plain looks uncomfortable when they are around. They disrupt his perfect Summer night and it really rubs him the wrong way. He does eat bugs, but this is one he refuses to eat.

Personality:
As a Rune Dragon, his way of living is focused externally, where he takes things in via his five senses, and internally, where he deals with things according to how he feels about them, or how they fit his personal value system. Urulóki lives in a world of possibilities. He loves people and new experiences. He is lively and fun, and enjoys being the center of attention. He lives in the here-and-now, and relishes excitement and drama in his life, particularly that that comes with fireworks.

Urulóki has very strong inter-personal skills, and often finds himself in the role of the peacemaker frequently, using his humor and charm to diffuse the situation. Since he can make decisions by using his values, he is usually very sympathetic and concerned for other people's well-being. He's usually quite generous and warm. He is very observant about other creatures, and seems to sense what is wrong with someone before others might, responding warmly with a solution to their needs. He might not be the best advice-giver in the world, because he dislikes theory and future-planning, but he is great for giving practical care.

Urulóki is definitely a spontaneous, optimistic individual. he loves to have fun. He sometimes may avoid looking at the long-term consequences of his actions. For the little Rune, the entire world is a stage. He loves to be the center of attention and perform for people, unless there are fireworks around, then he's very quiet and gives little squeals every time one goes off. He's constantly putting on a show for others to entertain them and make them happy. He enjoys stimulating other people's senses, and is extremely good at it. He would love nothing more than for life to be a continual party!

Urulóki loves people and runes, and everybody loves him. One of his greatest gifts is his general acceptance of everyone. He is upbeat and enthusiastic, and genuinely likes almost everybody he comes across. He is unfailingly warm and generous with his friends, and generally treats everyone as a friend. However, once crossed, Urulóki is likely to make a very strong and stubborn judgment against the person who crossed hi . He is capable of deep dislike in such a situation.

This Rune, under a great deal of stress, gets overwhelmed with negatives thoughts and possibilities. As an optimistic individual who lives in the world of possibilities, negative possibilities do not sit well with him. In an effort to combat these thoughts, he's likely to come up with a simple, global statement to explain the problem. These simplistic explanations may or may not truly get to the nature of the issue, but they serve this little Rune well by allowing him to get over it.

Urulóki is very practical, although he hates structure and routine. He likes to "go with the flow", trusting in his ability to improvise in any situation presented to him. He learns best with "hands-on" experience, rather than by studying a book. He is deeply uncomfortable with theory. If Urulóki hadn't developed his intuitive side, he may avoid situations which involve a lot of theoretical thinking, or which are complex and ambiguous. For this reason, he used to have trouble learning, but has since overcome this obstacle in his young life. On the other hand, Urulóki does extremely well in situations where he is allowed to learn by interacting with others, or in which he "learns by doing".

He has a very well-developed appreciation for aesthetic beauty, and an excellent sense of space and function. If he has the means, which he does, he'd like to have to have many beautiful possessions, most of which are firework-related in some way, shape, or form. In general, he takes great pleasure in objects of beauty, especially fireworks. He also likes good food and fine things such as paintings and thick, expensive carpet. Urulóki is a great team player. He is not likely to create any problems or fuss, and is likely to create the most fun environment possible for getting the task done. He does best in crowds, in which he is able to use his excellent people skills, along with his abilities to meld ideas into structured formats. Since he is a fast-paced individual who likes new experiences, he loves any kind of celebrations, especially ones with fireworks.

Urulóki likes to feel strongly bonded with other people and creatures, and has a connection with animals and small children that is not found in most other Runes. However, this Rune shares a strong bond with his caregiver, Ian ♥.

The little Rune has a tremendous love for life, and knows how to have fun. He likes to bring others along on his fun-rides, and is typically a lot of fun to be with. He's flexible, adaptable, genuinely interested in people, and kind-hearted. He has a special ability to get a lot of fun out of life, but needs to watch out for the pitfalls associated with living entirely in the moment.
Why do you wish to have him/her:
I am a lover of color. I just... love colors. Color is so bright, so vibrant. What drew me to him was his brightness, which, i think, is a reflection of the inside of himself, which is why i thought he would be a fun-loving, living-in-the-moment type of Rune. He's also so small and adorable, but don't let that fool you. He may be a lamb on the outside, but he's a lion inside.... well, maybe there's lamb on the inside too :3

I've never had a rune before and only tried out for one other, so when i saw him i immediately wanted to try out for him. That's how fast i fell in love with him, its true. He is a truly amazing Rune!
Where will you keep him/her:
I am a very honest person, so i will try to answer this as best as i can. To be truthful, i am very organized, moving my favorites from one place to a better one. For now, though, if i win him, he will be given his own page on my website.
Would you like to breed him/her in the feature:
As Urulóki would say, 'The future is a long ways away.' I do not want to say no and change my mind later, so for now i am going to say yes, though it will be very hard to get him. He is my special boy <3.
Any Quirks:
He strongly dislikes theory and planning for the future, almost the exact opposite of his caregiver Ian. She is always coming up with plans for her and Urulóki's future.

Also, he often gives simple explanations for problems, which irritates Ian, because she likes to be very through.

Happy, exited, he's very much like a human five year old.he is sometimes confused and need help from people. He's cute and adorable, and he knows that.

That beautiful design, the way he acts, he's just so adorable!
Where will you keep him/her:
Everywhere I can. Wherever Iridescent Murmur is, he'll be tagging along with her, like a little kid following his mummy.
Would you like to breed him/her in the future:
when's he's grown, maybe.
Any Quirks:
This little one seems to be able to stare at a fire for a very long time, as if it's looking for something. He does a dance as if he's dancing on hot coals.
Other:
Today is my birthday. Iri moved torwards the cake that had a ring of multicolored candles. My parents moved around me, placing little candles around the room and Dad seemed to be sneaking off to get something...
"Happy birthday to you, happy birthday to you! Happy birthday dear Nebula, happy birthday to you!"
My parent sang to me happily, as they turned off the lights. When the candles were the only source of light in the room, I blew them out, wishing for a great rest of the year. Iri chirped and turned torwards the closed window. I walked torwards her and opened the window. Outside, perched on the windowsill as if waiting for something. The little thing was wonderful. It looked like a fireworks show in the night sky. It chirped a sound that sounded like the song my parents sang a minute ago. It flew in, leaving trailing sparks behind him. Then he flew above my birthday cake and placed a small sparkler that it was holding in it's tail. After that, even if there was no celebration, he stayed with me and Iri. He's a wonderful little boy, and I'll love watching him grow up with me.
