All-Star July 4th

It's kind of a mash-up of the American Flag... it's focusing on the stars of the flag, with little tid-bits of the stripes. ^3^

I love it! I called it the Star of the Flag panda, I thought it was basic enough. If you want a different name for the design then please pm me and I'll change it immediately. XD
