Independent- Jinx is a bit of a loner. He doesn't really want everyone to be his friend, and can get bugged really easily if he's with a big group for a long time, especially when he's with younger Jellybean dragons. He doesn't like to be ordered around to much, and is terrible at team work. On his own, however, he works great. He becomes very relaxed and on-task, and can do almost anything that he wants to (within reason, of course).
Listener- While he's certainly not the best at talking to others, he's a great listener. He can remember almost anything that someone says to him if he puts his mind to it (which is why he's a messenger). He's both good at eavesdropping and spying, on the darker side of this, but is also good on the lighter side, as well. When he actually makes a close friend, he'll really listen to their problems and try to help them if they want him to, and won't reveal a secret for anything.
Serious- Jinx certainly isn't the happy-go-lucky Jellybean dragon anymore that he used to be as a child. He focuses on his work more than anything else, and often considers joking around a waste of time. This is one of the reasons that he's not exactly the best with younger Jellybean dragons. As a friend, he's less of a friend to joke around with than a friend who's willing to risk his life to save yours. While he tries not to be grumpy, he certainly doesn't try to be happy every moment of his life.
Leader- Although he prefers to work on his own, when it's necessary, Jinx will try to automatically take on the role of leader and guide the others to either safety or their destination. He's good for this role, as he won't space out on the job, and will make sure with his life that everyone that he's taking care of comes out of the situation safe. When looking over the others becomes his job, he will try to think of nothing else.
Energetic- When he doesn't have some kind of work to do, Jinx likes to get out all of his energetic energy in any way he can- this is usually running. Jinx loves to run, and can spend hours on end moving at a solid pace. Even when with other people, he can sometimes have random bursts of energy, which are sometimes the only times when he acts completely silly and careless. This usually embarrasses him, but he learns to get over it.
Collected- Most of the time, Jinx is very calm and collected, and always tries to stay on top of things. With one or two other dragons, he can actually be quite calm, and a little social. He never really 'spaces out' unless something really traumatic just happened, and he's trying to keep his mind on that. He's very practical, and his idea of fun is exploring a new area, or delivering a new message to a person or place that he hasn't seen before.

Messenger- Jinx's most commonly job is a messenger. His love of running and ability to remember things him makes him perfect for this job. He'll travel for days on end across all kinds of terrain to deliver a message from one Jellybean dragon to another. He also enjoys this job because he can be alone for almost all of it, minus the actual delivering of the message. Being a messenger gives him a lot of time to explore the world, and see a continuous stream of new things that he hasn't before.
Spy/Eavesdropper- In a crisis, however, Jinx can do a lot more than deliver messages. He can easily sneak unnoticed into most anywhere, as long as it isn't ridiculously guarded or watched over- like almost all Jellybean dragons, he hates fighting and tries to avoid it whenever he can. His determination on these kind of rare missions gets to the point of insanity, and he'll risk his life without thinking about. It gets to the point where he thinks about it like a video game. With his ninja-like accessories and personality, he's perfect for this job.
Out of the loop- Jinx grew up in a very old-fashioned family when he was young, and lived in the wild most of his remaining childhood. He has no idea how most modern electronics work, and even simple things like electricity and faucets still amaze him. He can get confused very easily when he's out in the wild, or near human areas. When he gets dangerously close to people, his downfalls are always things that he doesn't understand, such as security systems or other various technologies.

Jinx has no memory of his early childhood- no memory of his parents, siblings, friends or anything. His earliest memory is at about age eight, being taken from a small shopping-mall pet shop that really shouldn't have been selling things as big as Jellybean Dragons. He was quickly sold as a young child to a very rich and demanding family, who really only wanted a Jellybean dragon for a status symbol. For a while, he was pampered by the masses of servant children in the house, and occasionally the rich young girl that he had been destined for. This was the time when he received his ear piercings in his right ear. However, the rich girl grew bored of him quickly, and began to notice his faults more often- how he took up space, and exhibited his boundless energy at sometimes not-so great moments. With no other road destined for him but the pound, Jinx ran away.
As a very young teen, Jinx was on his own in the wild. This really didn't pose much of a problem. He used his natural instincts to find fruit and bugs to eat, and had no problem with sleeping under trees or in hollow logs. The only problem posed to him were the searchers. Being a rich and spoilt child, his previous owner suddenly took a love to him and wanted him back- whatever it cost (qutie literally). Searchers raided the forest where he lived. Jinx, over time, learnt to stay quiet, listen for important information, and to RUN. Running became his passion; the way that he survived. Soon, he ran away from his past, out of the forested area where he had spent all of his living memory in, for the future.
Until his late teens, Jinx spent his time exploring the world; looking and discovering anything he could. It was a life of complete joy, and was basically all play and no work. Jinx's life was devoid of danger; of sadness, and boredom. He lived like this for quite a while. Until he realized that other Jellybean dragon's lives weren't quite as amazing.
Often times in his wanderings, Jinx would find Jellybean dragons in similar situations to him; albeit scared and lonely, instead of overjoyed to have independence. He was reminded that all Jellybean dragons weren't as well-off living alone in the wild as he was. He didn't want their lives ruined, even if the same thing had been his salvation. He swore to help them, using his running skills to take messages from Jellybean dragons that were hidden and living in different parts of the area to others. After time, it evolved into more than just helping the needy; he would happily take messages from JBDS living with humans to others that were well-off, as well. The messenger system became his life. During one message where he had to cross a wide river that was decidedly less than safe, he got injured in the sharp rocks in the riverbed, and had to be cared for for a while by the dragon that had received the message. He got the leather 'bandages' as a gift from the dragon who cared for him, and somewhat befriended him along the way. This dragon's name was Squirrel, and had to take care of him in an old boxcar for over a year, during which they developed a close hate-like friend relationship, becoming pretty much synonymous with brothers.

Jinx is trying to be more social currently, and is overcoming his grumpy side.
He is affected MAJORLY by caffeine. His whole personality changes.
When typing, he usually never uses emoticons and always has correct grammar/spelling.
