Why do you want it?
As I've said before, I love Sealgons. They are different from most adoptables, and have very cute lines! This little lady is, in my opinion, is the prettiest of them all. She may look slightly plain, but that gives her a bright and cute look. I also believe she would make a lovely change on my 'Adopted Pets' thread.
Personality on Sealgon
Helia is a considerate and gentle Sealgon, always waiting to help others. She tries her best in everything she does, and never looses hope in life or her dreams. Helia is sweet and calm, never getting angry or outraged - or atleast not expressing it.
Helia is a very shy lady, with a adoring nature. She is frightened easily, but spends most of her days quietly following her hobbies. As you may have guessed, Helia isn't very curious, and isn't very lively either. She has a warm heart and is caring and loving with a kind personality. She will do all she can to make the world around her a better place.
History
Helia was raised in a bad way. Her parents made her think the world was a palce of danger and horrors, where creatures just waited to come out and eat you. Helia had lost all hope in the world by then, and her shy ways began. But one day, her parents noticed what they were doing to her, so took her on a little trip out into the open.
"C'mon! Don't worry, it's really nice out there! You can feel the wind brush your face, and the freshest snow beneath you." said Helia's father, edging her out of the rocky, ice-covered den under the water.
"Exactly! Infact, I love it outside." cried Helia's mother, nudging her along.
"Are you sure?" Helia looked uncomfortable.
"Yes yes, very sure." Helia's father replied, looking flustered from shoving Helia along. So they led her out into the open, where the fresh breeze shot everywhere. They all crawled up onto the ice, and began their walk. "Not so bad, is it?" Helia's father chuckled. Helia didn't reply, but was staring awkwardly at the ground. "Oh come on, look around you! Does anything look dangerous to you?" Helia's father grumbled.
"We have to get Helia back under the water, now!" yelled Helia's mum, retreating back towards the icey cold water behind them.
"What?" asked Helia, lifting her head at once. A large white group of fluffy creatures began to head their way.
"Polar bears!" yelled Helia's father, trying to move Helia back into the water. But Helia was transfixed on the polar bears, gazing in amazement. In the end, her mother and father both came over to try and make her run. Eventually, Helia blinked and turned, running. Her parents almost collapsed, but began running. Helia kept running then dived into the water, closing he eyes tightly in determination not to feel claws and teeth. But all she heard were yowls of protest coming from above her...
Helia lay curled up against a rock on the fresh snow, small tears running down her face.
"Hey, what's up?" asked a unknown voice. Helia lifted her head. A brown Sealgon stood before her, a large horn on his head and beady eyes. Helia sniffed uncomfortably. "I'm Sunsetter." the Sealgon added.
"Helia." murmured Helia, her voice choked by tears. "My mum and dad left while trying to save me."
"Left? As in... died?"
"Yeah."
"Well, I never knew my pa. But my ma is out getting food." Sunsetter said.
"Out? In this dangerous world? How long has she been gone?" asked Helia suddenly, looking up at Sunsetter.
"She is real brave," said Sunsetter proudly, puffing up his chest. "Been out since last 'm'nth."
"Urh, Sunsetter, I think your... Mum... may not be around." whispered Helia.
"What?" said Sunsetter, staring at her.
"B-But we can both go out and face the world!" cried Helia, looking up at Sunsetter fondly.
"Yeah... Guess we could." murmured Sunsetter, looking back at Helia with soft eyes.
And so Helia's journey began with her new best friend, Sunsetter. :3
