I thought you said: Customs do not count as adopted mutts ^^
does that mean I still owe you because it was my pair?? Im not clear on this it says I owe you a wishie payment.

This is technically a custom.

Meaning customs do not count towards the limit of mutts your allowed to adopt(limited of adopted mutts is 4).

This is a custom of a Dizzy Pup all grown up pretty much, it still counts as a custom.
