There are no genderless Chocmas, only males and females. Chocmas are never demonic in color, etc.

This one breaks that rule. Demonic, evil, same thing. And the stitch mouth... those have always creeped me out and I have always considered them evil...
Just get rid of all the evil-y stuff(eye glow{the color is fine}, foot) and the creepy mouth part, and then it'll be fine. It can keep the wings, though.
