I'm not really on anymore. I've found a better roleplaying site. I will still be on occasionally to reply to roleplays and adopt pets. If the owners of a roleplay want to free my spot up for another, you can go ahead and kick me. Just send me a pm telling me that.

Breed: Irish Draught
Fact about Irish Draughts:
They are known as the horse of the countryside for its uses. the breed nearly disappeared In the Famine of 1847, but the introduction of Clydesdales and Shires shortly after 'saved' the breed. After which, folks were a bit more focused on keeping the breed 'pure', and total of 375 mares and only 44 stallions were entered into a book of Irish drafts for being deemed 'suitable' for the breed.

Dog's Name: Fáelán (Ancient Irish for Little Wolf)
Dog's Breed: Irish Wolfhound:
Fact about Irish Wolfhounds: The breed has been saved twice from 'extinction' by two different people. Once in the mid 1800s by Captain George Augustus. He crossbred them with deerhounds, mastiffs, and great Danes. The second by Oliver Cromwell - he refused to allow any further exports of the breed after their numbers drastically dwindled.

Dog's Name: Reginald
Dog's Breed: Irish Wolfhound
Fact about Irish Wolfhounds: Only kings and nobles were allowed to have the Irish wolfhound, the amount they could have depended on position. For example, the Filid (who were of the lesser nobility) could have only two hounds. There were plenty of kings and nobles, as ancient Ireland was divided into five sections, each section had a king, and each fifth had numerous kingdoms (there were 150 kingdoms in Ireland).
