What Makes Them Sad?: The Freudian theory of the Id, Ego, and Superego, a well known concept in modern psychology. Id being a set of instinctual trends, Superego being being a moralizing role, and the Ego being the mediator between the two. Ego was named after her soft trends and ability to calm those around her, like the mediator her namesake describes. But slowly, her name became her. She began to loose any desire to live a bit on the higher side of life, and never reached the deeper side to cleanse her of her emotions. She now constantly lives in a state of Ego, where neither quite happy, or quite sad exists, and she now hovers in a permanent state of both.
