No form, you send her the information she needs.
For 50 pets it would be on the lineart, for 60 it would be drawn fresh.

Customs aren't currently open, sorry. When they were/are, you needed to send a PM to Vampy with information and your payment group. Then she would put you down on the list. Customs are currently 50 for premade lineart ponies and 60 for completely custom drawn ponies, but as I said before, they aren't open.

I do have one question for you Vampiric, though. Do you stream the pony drawings when you make them? Thanks.
