Wave, it's in editables, I'm having the mods move it to competitions. I don't know how it got to editables. Once it's moved I will put your name in it to color in, ok.

Well, it's in your competition, but for some reason it still says color in. They have it posted on the front page of your contest so it is in competitions in the right location but it still says anyone can color it in and mine's the only one that states that. I'm going to go ask nick.

If it's in competitions, others can still color it. :3 I've moved it to Adoptables instead - this way, no one else but you (and Wave) can color it.
