Sorry the form turned out funky. This is how you look at it if you are confused. for ex. if you want a dog, its in the middle,right? so on the first line it says Your username, Your Username, Your Username. The one in the middle goes with the dogs. So Owl=first one Dog=middle Cat=one on the end.
