Dog's History: Pixie was one of the pups in a litter by my favorite male, Thistle, and my favorite female, Callisto. I sold her at a good price to what seemed to be a good family, but appearances are sadly deceiving. They wanted a show dog and never paid attention to Pixie as the bright, charismatic pup she was. I went to a show with Thistle and saw her there, getting pulled around and generally mistreated by the man I trusted. Right then and there, I decided the pain for such a special girl had to be over. Walking to them and grabbing Pixie's collar, I slammed a thousand dollars into the idiot's hand and said, "I'm taking the dog." I walked away before he could even stutter out a "But wait!" Pixie has been living with me ever since, safe with her parents in a home that cares for her. I'll never make the mistake of giving her up again.
