Well is it a picture SAVED TO YOUR DOCUMENTS or on a website? sorry caps lock

If its a website just copy and paste the url and do nothing to it. If it is saved to your documents click post a reply, and make sure it is full editor, then scroll down and you should see a tab that says upload attachment! Click that then click browse and choose the picture, then click add the file and submit your post
