both their eye and right arm is made of pure static and changes colors and can change forms at will, they always hold a shocked expression at all times and rarely ever blink at any time(hence the constant tears coming from their eyes). They also hold color shifting abilities and can become any color depending on mood,it's how they show their emotions since they can't that well with their face.
