Yes I finally found some really good pixel lines I can use to make adopts! If you want to use them, click here. Anyways, I decided to make small adoption agency, with a background story maybe? I might add a better background story in the future, if this gets popular enough.

BelowVille is a small area underground. Strange animals kept being found. In the news, a green cat, tiny brontosaurus, and chinese dragon were seen- and caught. In BelowVille, experiments were being conducted. Mutants were being created, being prepared for the world.
Washington DC, 2020, Jan 22nd.
Mutant, strange creatures were sold to private collections and zoos. Sales continue. It is thought that on April 9th, free distribution of the less powerful or complicated mutants may start. For now, mutants are only being sold to private collections and zoos. Forms are open, and certain people can apply to start owning them early.
Applications
Until April, you can apply for permission to 'buy' these for
Mutant Coins. When you apply, you get 100 . You can get more easily- you need to write prompts to adopt the mutants. If you win, you get the mutant, but if you don't win, you get 25 . After April 9th, you no longer need to apply, and free, simple designs get made. You will still need to adopt the more complex designs, which like always, you get from prompts. The reason to apply can be anything.
