- Behaviors -
-
Males Impressing a Female;
Males will spread their Tail Feathers, and perform a dance for a female.
-
What Tail Feathers Spread Out Could Mean;
It is very common for them to spread their Tail Feathers rather they're showing off,
in a fight, excited, scared and trying to defend itself. Sometimes in a new situation,
like for example adopting one and taking it home for the first time! They may often
chase other animals, it's owner and any other beings until bonded with. While
chasing out of dominance, 80% of the time their feathers are spread out.
Sometimes while they are spooked, their neck will fluff out really thick!
