[ information / lore ]


Kiuii [Key-oo-ee]

• Kiuii are mammals that can grow up to 4 feet tall and 6 feet long, they eat mostly fruits but are also known to eat vegetables and other plant life if food is scarce. Kiuii, much like the Eye eye monkey are known for their large eyes in comparison to the rest of their bodies, but in addition to that their feet are also quite large. Good luck finding one of these little guys to take home with you, they can be hard to find in the dense forests they love to sleep in. Kiuii have a naturally tooth-like upper lip made of a thick membranous material, this helps them to hold on to very large fruits when picking and carrying.

• kiuii's must have: a tooth-like upper lip [fur-fang], a pouch [if female], and their lemur nose [unless an item is used]

• kiuii's have a different set of breeding slots within the species.
- kiuii's have 6 breeding slots:


- 2 free breedings'

free breedings hold basic outcomes and no mutations
- 3 paid [only in kiuii coins!]

paid breedings hold a higher chance for more kids and mutations
the max amount if currency you will pay is 100 kiuii coins
paid currency will go to the artist doing the breeding
- 1 soulmate [if the same kiuii pair has bred in all 5 previous breeding]

soulmate hold a huge change for super high teir mutations since it's their last breeding
your soulmate breeding is free

• baby kiuii are called pups or cubs
• baby kiuii can be grown after 2 weeks [14 days after being claimed in the nursery]

you hereby abide by these rules.



[ general behavior ]


• do not trashtalk anyone here on the discord or on the salt blog.


the use of the SALT BLOG will not be permitted within the species. If evidence is found that the SALT BLOG is being used to target community members actions will be taken. The blog is a place for people to go to spread hate and rumors about others. if you are known for using the SALT BLOG this is your first and final warning. Kiuii's will not have those associated with the blog within our walls as it disrupts the friendly community that exists here.

• kiuii's are a Closed species, it is not permitted for a non-staff user to create their own or create a knock-off brand of kiuii's
• Do NOT ask an owner if they are selling their Kiuii, if they are up for sell the owner will say.
• You may NOT recreate Kiuii into another species/character.
• Be kind and courteous to every member, do not whine or beg for anything within the community.
• No spam/drama/advertisements/arguments please.
• All questions posted here to be answered by staff only and if there is a question/problem contact a member of staff directly.
• no 18+ discussion will take place on these threads
• no traits are exclusively this species, but we do withhold ownership of this specific concept.



[ warning ban regulations ]


• if you are banned, you are banned permanently.
• 3 warnings = permanent ban
• stealing someone else's kiuii will result in a ban
• bribery/whining/guilt-tripping/begging/harassment or anything similar will result in 2 warnings being given
• if you are banned, your items/kiuii/Myo's/currency and craftables will be taken from you.


- all confiscated things belong to the species, and will be redistributed accordingly.
- you will not be allowed to obtain ownership of any kiuii things or they will be taken from you.
- banned members are not allowed to participate in any community events, breedings, customs/myos, contests, giveaways
- if you are on the discord server you will be banned.



[ ownership rules ]


• You may own unlimited Kiuii.
• Roleplays and such are fine to proceed without permission.
• May be your fursona/character/OC.


you may not create one-off/false breedings of your kiuii and another outside character.

• You may ask openly on the main page for breeding requests/trades.
• you may own;


- 25 kiuii without making the main thread.
- 50 kiuii without registering in the discord server.
- you may own unlimited kiuii after you register in the discord server.

- myo tickets/staff customs do count towards the limit [>50] once created.
- myo tickets/staff customs do not count towards the unlimited limit once created.
- If you have kiuii over said limit you will not be forced to give them up to get to the correct balance. Rather you would be unable to gain anymore/breed or purchase myo tickets until the parameters for ownership slots has been met.

• once a design is created under the "kiuii" name it cannot ever be transferred out of the species. If a design is done so the owner will be banned from the species and all items/kiuii under our name will be revoked.


- a shapeshifting kiuii is still under the kiuii name and is therefore still held under this rule without exception.

• we reserve the right to revoke/void any kiuii, items, or currency during the time an investigation is held.


- a single investigation may only last 30 calendar days from the time of ticket submission. If an investigation needs to be extended all parties will be informed.
- in the event an investigation lacks sufficient evidence no penalties will be inflicted upon the parties involved.
- during an investigation no kiuii may be traded/sold/bred/gifted/readopted/edited/commissioned on until said investigation is over. Any party or user doing so will receive a warning and revocation of all materials involved per the investigation ticket.
- an investigation CANNOT be conducted if the grievances were applied/acted upon outside of the community. Warnings may be given upon receipt of ill behavior to remind that no such behavior cannot be conducted within our species walls.
• you may order art freely of your kiuii but do not publicly post 18+ or sensitive art on the threads please!



[ trading/resale/readoption rules ]


• Trading requires validated [screenshot] proof of both owners accepting the trade.
• kiuii may not be traded/sold for usd/da points or any other offsite game currency
• kiuii may be traded for: cs pets, c$, kiuii coins, other kiuii, myo tickets, edit items or nursery breeding slots [of the kiuii]
• you may only trade a kiuii after you've owned them for 1 week/ [7] days
• there is no trading/gifting/resale cooldown.
• the user who posts that their looking for trades is RESPONSIBLE for informing the archive of the trade.
• Anyone [staff or not] can put a Kiuii up for readoption/auction as long as the Kiuii is owned by the seller.



[ kiuii editing rules ]


• Do NOT edit lines, if you want changes made contact an artist.
• you may change the expression of your kiuii to your leisure
• you may create custom lines for your kiuii at your leisure
• you may create another ref of your kiuii at your leisure so long as it doesn't replace the existing one.
• you must have a valid edit item to edit your kiuii
• any edits to your kiuii should be approved by a staff member.



[ custom/myo commissioning ]


• Do NOT post forms for customs/breedings/etc. unless an artist has a slot open.
• the hired creator may not charge usd da points or other offsite currency for the completion of a custom.


• they may charge kiuii coins / kiuii myos / cs pets or c$ only.

• if a custom/myo is not created within 3 weeks you are entitled to a refund if you've paid already with no penalty.
• you may post as many wip kiuii that you like but must be created in [60] days if no prior notice of inactivity is given.



[ competition rules ]


• Do not post forms after the deadline
• continually bump [more than once a week] or harass the host of an un-judged adopt
• or attempt to blackmail/persuade the artist for you to obtain any adoptable.
• editing a form after the competition closes is OK unless stated otherwise, or if the winner[s] have already been picked.
• if an adopt is not judged within 2 weeks please notify admin staff so it can be judged!
• do not hate on the winner of the competition
• you are not obligated to give the winner your art once the competition is owner.
