Absolutely! All pokemon are free to adopt, I just take out the work of you having to make them yourselves because I feel like making pokemon into cats. And, besides, I know people love dressing up pokemon, I want to encourage them to do so, because pokemon and cats are both adorable in clothes, now combine them, I imagine that would be SOOOOO UNDENIABLY ADORABLE THAT I MAY PASS OUT FROM SQUEALING!!!!!!! (Yes, I am just doing the art cause I feel like it and then using that art to try to encourage people to dress up pokemon as cats.)
