This Adoption Center is ran by the community, and a variety of artists, custom artists, breeding artist, and private artists.
You may purchase the "Unlimited Permit Artist." With this you'll be able to create adopts to give away, sell, and auction.
There are lesser rules to this Adoption Center, but still some important rules that apply!

Anybody is able to purchase this Permit, and make as many customs for themselves, or even as many adopts.
Those who purchase this package deal comes with plenty of perks! Please read all info to understand.

Basic Rules as Adopter/Customer;
- Post in this thread to show you are a part of the community, before adopting!
- Do not steal or create your own if not paid for!
- You do not need to be a certain age or certain posts to join or adopt!
- There are GHMH for C$ and free
- If you want a Custom please read literally everything!
- You may post even if don't adopt for awhile!
- Basically all artists are welcome, who pay for the Unlimited Permit.
- If purchase Customs but not Unlimited Permit, They're basically a Guest Artist.


Adoption & Adoption Fees;
- Adoption will require payment or Art Entries!
- Adopts will be rarely posted for Adoption!
- Some GHMH will be put up for Auction!


Customs
- You may apply to create your very own! (A Fee applies to each GHMH created)
- You may apply for unlimited customs! (Done by you, read rules.)
- You may have another artist or KathrynKat create your custom!
- Fee always applies for customs!
- You MUST if doing individual Customs not Unlimited,
Please always make a reserved post for each purchased GHMH!
- If You purchased Unlimited, please read those rules!
- Please keep IDs in order
- This is basically a community ran Adoption Center!
- You may sell your Customs after 2 weeks if created by you,
and not a Unlimited Permit Artist! Must also have at least 1 Star earned.
- If you want to sell a Custom you order through me, you must wait,
the 3 months and must have 5 stars earned on that GHMH.


Unlimited Permit Artist
- You may create as many as you please for yourself!
- You may make as many adopts to give away, sell and auction off!
- You may do custom orders!
- Please always keep IDs in order!
- There is no limit to color
- You may add mutations, Hair, change the tail, and horns!
- You are basically leasing the species, but post all adopts within,
the adoption center and treat it basically like a regular Adoption Center,
with just less rules and nice perks!
- You must understand that you need to keep each GHMH up to date on stars,
whenever the owner posts art on it's page.
- You may pay me 100.C$ (or of equal value in older Rares) have GHMH updated by me!
Make first post blank, and I will post in the next post with it's info and star updates!
(If I don't manage to take first post after main, I will have a mod of CS move my post.)
- Star points can't be added unless art is shown of that GHMH on their post linking,
to the original art post. Just try and keep eye out for if it's unique colored and not
a re-color for more stars! Main rule over everything other than keep IDs up, and each must have a form!
- You may earn Stars for your GHMH! 1 Star per 2 Free Adopts once adopted, 1 Star per 5 GHMH have been sold/auctioned.
You must link those GHMH on your GHMH's Page, for proof of earned Stars always!


Selling and Trading After Purchase!
- You must have owned the GHMH for at least 1 month before trying to sell it for same price paid!
- You must wait 3 months if want to sell and make profit, and must earn 5 Stars on the GHMH

- You can obtain 3 Skill Points per Star you earn
- You use Skill Points to try and boost your GHMH's Skills
- The higher the skills the better for certain competitions

- You need stars to enter certain GHMH Events!
- The more the stars the higher the value
- You can win them from competitions
- You can win them from random Events
- Depending on artist, some may give a star for RU
