I think it's fair to say that interest in the species has been lacking for awhile now. I was really excited in the beginning to put this species out, and I was beyond happy at the positive response I got from people. Since then though it seems less people are keen to adopt one of these little guys.

So, I'd like to announce that Astro Cats are going on hiatus to undergo a massive revamp.

Updated lore. New lines. Lots of line variations. Newly introduced traits.

I still love this species and I'm going to do my best to revamp them, and bring them back better than ever. I can't say for sure how long this will take - I imagine a few months - but I hope people will stick around and still support the species!

of COURSE we will still support this species! im so excited to see the new version!!! good luck and have fun!

okay so perhaps I was way off about the timing

I know I said a few months but I've really been throwing myself into this revamp and putting all my focus towards v.2. honestly? I think I could hopefully have the updated species open within a few weeks. one or two maybe? I've got almost three new line versions done, gotta do one more and then lock alpha. I've got new lore to write out and some traits to finalize, but that shouldn't take too long. then there's just the myo shop, putting in all the info on the new page...then that should be done.

so keep an eye out! Astro Cats should be back in orbit very soon~
