➤ BASIC INFORMATION
Renfey Soul Eaters or Renfey for short are large Clydesdale sized carnivores that live in a completely wild environment. a renfey has 2 external vents [gills if you will] that produce a powerful biotoxin if rubbed up against. it can also produce a strong musk to ward off other Renfey in the area or attract a mate. Renfey are a primarily non-aggressive species, usually behaving as large docile beasts unless threatened. A single renfey can run up to 60 mph on a well worn surface such as game trails or flat grasslands. Each Renfey has a single clan leader called a Founder. The founder is the sole leader and protects all of the clan. A single founder can have up to 39 other renfey under their reign. And the larger the clan, the larger the territory and each territory is at minimum 5 miles in all directions.

Renfeys have a external bony pad on their lower chest to protect their most vital organs. during fights it is common for other renfey to attack the bone plates and rip them off. Once a renfey has lost their bone plates they do not grow back. Each renfey has 4 eyes and is fully capable of night vision and heat sensing. Renfey normally spot thick, long whiplike tails that act as a balance when running at top speed and as a rudder when swimming [rens use their front feet like paddles, and swim like a crocodile]. Renfeys eat almost anything, from small rabbits to large game like deer or buffalo. Renfey cannot socially interact with humans, do to their large prey-drive and captive rens do not last long.

A Renfey can live to be 80 in the wild, and 35 in captivity, due to just how much care they need. Renfey communicate in soft rumbles, growls, barks, snarls and throaty calls and howls. Renfey cannot replicate the human language, but are smart enough to solve the hardest puzzles. Every Mating season Renfey clans come together and duke it out for the right to mate, called the Bringing. It is not uncommon for a Renfey to get injured during the chaos, but still be able to find a mate. Males and Females are equally as aggressive during the season but once the Bringing settles down rens become docile again and take their mates off to secret places to pup.

renfeys reserve the right to rehome any feys if you are banned under specific circumstances.

BY EVER ADOPTING A RENFEY FROM HERE, OR ANYWHERE, YOU ABIDE BY THESE SPECIES RULES.
→ you agree to be polite and respectful of ALL staff and community members regardless of their behavior.

→ if you have a problem with one of the staff, either let them know and get it resolved. if that cannot be done, please contact me on any way you can. this community is to remain as drama free as possible, to promote a COMPLETELY friendly community.
→ you agree to follow all chickensmoothie rules. regardless of what goes on here.

→ we have our own set of rules, but chicken smoothie does also, do not do anything that conflicts with those rules.
→ you agree to not sell ANY renfey's be resold for any currency!

→ unless you have VALID proof that you purchased an renfey for a currency other than soulstones, you may not sell them again for higher than you purchased unless with viable art.
→ you agree to keeping all renfey on domains where i am available!

→ they may only be re-posted on sites where i can monitor them. Deviantart, Toyhouse, and here are the only options.

→ you acknowledge that we reserve the right to issue warnings and bans as the moderators and owners see fit.

→ warnings are permanent, and can carry. there currently is a limit of 3 warnings before 1 of two types of bans.
→ ban type 1: probation ban - here you keep your rens but cannot participate in ANY Species activities, breedings, contests, events, creating art, participating in trades or sales, buying items at the shop or transferring currency or items. Any trades must be approved by the owners, and you ban is temporary for however long it needs to be.
→ ban type 2: permanent ban - here we reserve the right to take away all renfey, items, and currency gained in our species. this notification will fall on me as the owner of the species. you cannot participate in ANY species activities, breedings, contests, ect. no one can gift rens's to you or sell them to you. and if you participate on the discord you will be kicked. failure to follow this could result in reportion for theft. THE ONLY WAY ANY RENFEY WILL LEAVE YOU IS IF ALL STAFF VOTE ON IT. if you do get to keep your renfey you cannot participate in ANYTHING renfey related, even co-owning. Co-owned rens are nulled and cannot participate in anything ren related, regardless of if the second owner is unbanned.
→ you agree to not create your own spin-offs, or make your own rens unless you have have a proper custom or myo.

→ failure to comply will immediately get you banned from the species, and reported for theft. i do not approve of such behaviors and it has happened to other species in the past.
→ you agree to acknowledge that ren's are not a "special" species

→ we do not OWN anything here aside from the lines, concept, etc, but no edits can be "reserved" for this species. if this species looks like another its not an issue because there are plenty more out there
→ you acknowledge that once a renfey design is made it cannot be ever transferred to another species!

→ you may transfer a design over to the species, but after that it stays as a character of the species. i wont allow transfers into another species, nor for them to leave the species unless for a good reason is brought to me. simply: renfey designs cannot be transferred out of the species, ever.
→ you agree that if you see any renfey offsite being sold for any currency you'll report it to me or staff immediately!

→ know that I wont sell renfey on FR or furaffantiy or any other site other than deviantart or the discord server! I do have an FR account (Alavii) so if you can find me and screenshot it with the user who's selling it send it to me. MY Currency is USD so please, if you see Euros or any other currency it's not me whos selling it. The max renfey can go for is $20. MYO's can't be bought for USD only soulstones.

→ You may own 40 renfeys per clan! You may own up to 3 Clans at one time!

→ Everytime you complete your Clan tasks you will have the ability to create another clan, thus repeating the system all over again. Renfey that you want to transfer to the new clan cannot be transferred back to their original clan. Each clan may only have the specified amounts of founders, brutes, and isangomas but can have as many subs as slots allow.
→ Renfey's are breed-able 1 week after ownership is obtained.

→ rens can have any sort of relationship so long as it's not incestual or literally involves a baby and an adult. relationships involving a child renfey that will be grown before breeding is fine and is head cannoned as such is fine.
→ Renfeys can breed 4 times with up to 3 partners.

→ renfeys can have 1-4 pups in a litter, and a maximum of 20 children in their entire season.

STARTING YOUR CLAN
inorder to start your clan you need to do a few things.
1- you'll need to mark the main page so you can see announcements when we post them
2- you'll need to create a renfey thread either on oekaki or here and post it on the clan archive.
3- once your hub has been verified you can name your clan and post on the starter founder page to get your first renfey
4- you may only own up to 40 renfey per clan! this does include up to: 1 founder, 2 brutes and 4 isangomas


CREATING YOUR FOUNDER
please head to the starter founder page to find out!
If you acquire another non-starter founder ticket post here and I will create them for you!
you are not required to use your non-starter founder and other ren tickets!
but once the tickets are used they do count towards your clan slot!


COMPLETING TASKS
once you complete a tasks you are allowed to adopt more renfey!
each task goes up in teir over time and once all 6 tasks are completed you can create another clan!
after every task is complete and I am notified i'll give you a randomized amount 3-8 of species items!
plus 50 soulstones per each task completion!
