Luulos (Lew-lows)
Luulos are small mammals, usually 2-3 feet in length, and 2 feet in height. They are omnivores, but their diet mainly consists of different veggies, fruits, and small bugs such as crickets, worms, grasshoppers, etc. They're a semi-aquatic species, living on land, but spending most of their time in the water. Their aquatic tails are very light making it easy for them to move on land, and they dry very fast. Luulos are very docile and have been turned into a pet, often found in many households. They may come off as aggressive in some situations, but they're really just curious and like pushing others buttons. It is very rare to find an aggressive Luulo, they are usually very laid-back and patient. They form bonds very easy and become very protective of things they love. If something they love is in any kind of danger, they become very hostile and vicious. Luulos can be any color or have any patterns and do not have any sort of rarities. All Luulos have a charm that represents their personality. You cannot make your own charm, but you can change the color of the charm
No one really knows how these creatures came to be, but they were discovered by a fisher in Canada. This man was only 23 years old and he was fishing with his buddies. Suddenly a quick flash of white and orange grabbed bit down on the hook on his fishing rod. He pulled it up quickly, thinking he had caught a giant fish. What he pulled out of the water was very surprising. The poor thing was bleeding badly where the hook had gotten stuck in its gums. He pulled out the fishing hook quickly and picked up the odd creature with care. He ran it to his car and opened up his glove compartment, where he held a first aid kit. He always carried one when he went fishing, afraid that someone would get the hook stuck in their finger or something. He cleaned out the wound and bandaged it as best as possible. He left the creature in a large blanket he left in his car, then packed up all his fishing gear and drove to the nearest vet. Many long months later, five other luulos were found in the lake and it was shut down as a fishing spot and turned into a reserve for the animals. The young fisher was allowed to name the creatures since he found them, and he named them Luulos after his grandmother Leela
