Um this is a nice species,but your thread looks an awful lot like the kalon one,maybe you should change it?

Sometimes when I am making a species or character,I accidentally think to much about someone else's,and they look too similar

I don't think there is anything wrong with the species itself though,and would love to adopt one/some

Thank you for your concern, I can see how you might think that they're similar. However, I will not change the look (or anything) of my species just because my art/writing style (i'm not sure which one would apply here, since you said that my thread looked similar but then reference the appearance of the adopt) is similar to someone else's. If you look at the actual species for what it is, not how it looks, then they're really not that similar at all.

Again, thank you for your concern, but i'm going to respectfully decline your suggestion to edit my species, as I see there being no reason for it. Only if the owner of another species comes to me with explicit concern of me copying their species, will I consider making a change to mine.
