to breed 2 Raios reply here with the Raios if they are both owned by you a nursury artist will use a site to randomly pick a nuber 1-4 and then they will make your Raios hatchlings

if you only own 1 then the artist will PM the other owner first then you decide how to split the hatchlings

after a week since the clutch was posted you can ask an artist to grow yours for you
