I'm considering opening up an adoption center for Changelings & Reformed Changelings.
It may be awhile before I could officially open this adoption center since I am leaving on a trip on the 9th and won't be back for like close to a week.
So probably later September or October, if I'm not lazy and continue.
I've not thought everything up just yet, but so far things on plan are to make from changelings, to mid and full reformed changelings.
Details on how they change in this adoption center is a wip.

going to over time try and add more and more things then after my trip I will maybe get this up and going as an adoption center. But until after my trip, nothing created is up for adoption
Also NONE of any created before the adoption center is adoptable.
