-own as many as you like
-don't be cruel
-don't breed with another owners horse without their permission
-don't make your own unless you're an artist
-have fun

For Artists: (these apply to all staff)
-follow above rules
-be fair in judging
-realistic horse colours only (but some non-realistic markings are fine)
-can have two artist customs per month
-any comps are okay but they must all be free
-don't do too many FCFS-y comps
-have fun
