Q: What are Quill Tails?
A: Quill Tails are basically a cat and a bird, fused together. The back of their heads and rear are covered with feathers. On occasion, they can grow wings and actually fly. They also have horns, which they use to attack, but their claws are usually clipped off, as they often hurt to attack with.
Q: Where did Quill Tails come from?
A: Well.. when a mommy and daddy love- oh. One day, a scientist, Doctor Joey "Amber" Wolf was doing an experiment. Taking a cat and a bird- Seperated- he fused them together with a machine he was testing. The result was a Quill Tail.
Q: What are Quill Tails like?
A: Well, Quill Tails are often very playful and sleepy. They spend 2/4 of the day sleeping and 2/4 of the day playing. They don't eat much, but you often have to let them outside to find prey to eat. Because they're birds, they often eat worms, but the cat side of them doesn't like it and they end up getting sick. It's recommended that you keep Quill Tails under supervision when they hunt. Quill Tails only have an hour to live if they get sick, even if it's a small flu.

The scientist, Joey "Amber" Wolf, did not feel like it was right to keep his experiment cooped up. He created one more Quill Tail and sent them off together, hoping they'd breed to keep their population high. The quill tails found a cave and started to live in there. When they bred, their babies grew up and eventually left the cave. They then flew to a tree and started to live there. A birdwatcher found them and then revealed them to the world only a few hours later. In the cave, a human entered and found out about the new famous species, Quill tails. Stunned and amazed by the hues that surrounded him, he hardly could speak. Suddenly, he felt a beak bump into his leg and looked down. A small quill tail, with a beak, unlike the others, was trying to get his attention. The smaller kit wanted him to follow it, and so he did. The chick led him to a- what they called- a miracle worker, that kept the quill tails from killing eachother or keeping them from extinction. The miracle worker had fallen ill and was unable to do anything. Without this special Quill Tail, the species wouldn't have very long until exctinction. The human was able to cure the Quill Tail with a special crystal the kit had found in a cave. However... the kit.. had eaten it. However, at last, the kit had spit out the crystal and the Quill Tail was saved. The human enjoyed the Quill Tails' company. However, it was past time for him to leave. Getting up, the human walked out of the cave before feeling small, nibbling bites on his neck. He picked up whatever it was and saw the kit, teary-eyed and whimpering. He put his backpack down and put the kit inside, leaving it open so it could breath. Then, he winced in pain as the mother scratched his face with a growl. He grabbed out a treat from his backpack and lured them outside, leading them into the world. Quill tails: Coming to a store near you.
