Before you blooms a field of flowers, petals full and colours bold. The field seems to stretch on endlessly, like a sea rippling beneath the sun. Carefully you begin to tread forward, picking your way among the flowers, making sure to stay on the recently beaten path so as not to crush any of the blossoms.
Soon you came upon a bend in the path, and the sound of music met your ears. It seemed as though thousands of instruments were mingling together; creating a symphony pleasant to the ears. But before you could venture further, you noticed a large, pastel shape blocking your path. Upon your arrival it began to shift, revealing a rather familiar stature and a wide grin.
"It's a Spoopie..." You murmur to yourself, looking on in amazement. "I thought they only came out at Halloween...!"
It seems to have heard your revelation, and takes a moment to speak in a lilting, almost taunting, voice. "Yes, I am a Spoopie. And yes, we normally come out in October," She rises to her paws and saunters towards you, her ghost friend swaying behind her. "But a very special event is occurring this month. I highly doubt you'd be able to pronounce it in your tongue but..." The creature pauses, thinking, "Let's call it The Time of Flowering. Would you like to join us? I'm sure some very special guests of ours would love to meet you.
And so you went.
