Past experiences: I haven't modded on here before, but I've got some younger siblings, so that maybe counts cx I've also run a few contest threads on different sites, mweor and such (when I was active), and had to deal with some rude people who didn't like the outcome.

What's your method of dealing with situations?: Usually if it's an argument, I'll talk to each side to try and figure out what's going on, then either try and resolve it or help the two come to a compromise. If it's just someone being rude, I'll talk to them and get them to realize that's not the way to go, and if it's over the decision of a contest, that instead of posting on the page, or messaging one of the artists rudely and unkindly, they should just message one of the mods or you to talk about the decision, or the artist if they're calm enough. If someone were to break the rules, for example, stealing someone's sheep dog, I would message them and if they willingly gave up the sheep dog they stole it would be a warning, but if they didn't I would talk to you and see if you thought banning them would be the way to go.

How often are you online?: I come online at least 2 - 3 hours per day. Sometimes longer. If I have work one day however, I'll most likely be on towards the early evening, around 5 or 6.
Anything else I should know?: This species is absolutely lovely, and I can't wait to see it flourish! c:

Past experiences: i have my own "closed" species, [ doughnuters ] that's gonna through 3 threads so far, but is currently on hiatus and [ shiba tea pups ] (also on hiatus).
What's your method of dealing with situations?: I make sure not to let bias get in the way and will treat both sides of the situation with the same amount of respect. I'll get my priorities straight and then resolve the situation to the best of my ability; unless someone else is being extremely rude to me, I don't consider playing "bad cop" an option. If someone is either treating someone else rudely, spamming, or breaking a rule, I will calmly ask them to stop through PM (I don't think publicly shaming is the way to go, unless a lot of people are breaking a rule, then I would make some sort of announcement) and hopefully settle it the easy and less stressful way! I like to first approach as kindly as possible while still getting my point across, though I can get more firm (not aggressive) if someone chooses not to follow what I say.
How often are you online?: 5 or more hours a day, depending on school work and what not (:
