I don't see my egg adoption post listed in the queue or in the accepted breedings yet I don't know why. The egg was cycled out and both parents are valid to adopt an egg. Also, both the posts before and after mine are listed. Did it get missed or am I missing something?

But I already PMed Soul and I'm sure that they will take care of it as soon as they are online

I'm sure it'll be adjusted soon enough. Just be patient in the meanwhile. Soul does have a lot on their plate between keeping track of the viscet nursery, archive, anniversary, and her DCAY thread. So it may take a little time before everything is adjusted and fixed, alright? c: Thank you in the meantime for your patience.

Unaccepted just means they are the next ones for the artists to pick up (before the ones in the queue get cycled into the same category), but an artist hasn't picked them up yet. The accepted list are just ones that an artist has already picked up/agreed to do.

It's unfortunate to announce but all Orphaned/Egg-related Submissions have had to be cleared/redacted.
After the queue basically exploded with over 10 submissions left to do, it's clear that more restrictions need to be placed on the Adoption Center to prevent people from abusing it and to create a system that the staff are not overwhelmed by.
I cannot confirm when it will be opened again, but it probably won't be more than a few days.

Awww, I'm a little disappointed... I was excited to get a baby for my two nerds...
But whatever must be done, I can't wait for this to be open again.

So we lose our egg?
most importantly when it comes back do we get that egg back?
but i totally understand if it overwhelms the artists

we're working out the details of actually adopting the eggs
but no the eggs won't default back to who had claimed them previously.
likely they'll go back up for adoption after we've worked out a more fair system.
