What are Strait Cats?

Strait Cats are cats the size of Normal House cats that live in Straights (ex. Straights Of Magellan). They are mainly under the water element but also can be under the Storm element.

if you want to be an artist, these cats can be ANY color. Even purple, pink, blue, you name it! Patterns and themes are accepted as well!
