Leopolf Adopts
v1/v2, v3,
What is a Leopolf?
Leopolf's are nor feline or canines though they seem to take bits of the appearance of both. They stand around 4 feet tall from front paw to head. They are also around three feet long from head to rump. They have long pointed ears, with long hairs inside and large eyes. They have skinny figures with long legs and hand-like paws. Their claws are retractable, and they have long dewclaws on their front legs that are around 2 inches long. They either have little bob-tails, long fluffy ones like a snow leopard, a fluffy curled one like a husky or a long skinny one like a lion. Some Leopolfs are winged and have the ability to fly. Males have sharp two pointed horns while females have sharp little stubs. One female Leo can produce around 10 cubs a year, sometimes a few more. Their litter sizes range from 3-6. Leopolf's live on a large island called Kiopat which lies undiscovered, right next to the United Kingdom, France and Spain. It seems humans may have lived on the island at some point, hundreds of years ago but now Kiopat is only populated by animals.
The temperature of Kiopat never rises over 80 degrees fahrenheit in the summer, and drops drastically in the winter. In the winter it does snow on Kiopat. Kiopat also has areas of plains, mountains, rainforests (where it doesn't snow) and forest lands. The island is also home to Sagurs and Kiats. Sagurs are large striped saber toothed cats, while Kiats are giant flightless birds with a taste for meat and meat only. Both a predators and enemies of Leopolf's. The prey animals that populate the island are wild boars, deer, ferrets, rabbits, foxes, badgers, and reptiles and amphibians that populate the rainforest areas of the island.
Leopolf Behavior
As for a Leopolf's diet they are mainly carnivorous, but will eat various fruits and plants on occassion. They also eat roots and grasses when food is really scarce. Female Leopolfs are the ones who choose their mates and the species also mates for life. They are skittish creatures, shying away for Kiats but occasionally banding together in large groups to chase Sagurs from their kills. Leopolfs live in packs of up to thirty, with no real rankings besides the leader(s) and subordinates.
Leopolf Colors and Markings
Excluding black and pink, a Leopolf's eyes can be any color. Unnatural piercing colors like violets, blues, greens, and yellows are most common. As for coat colors, there is no limits to those too. Markings also vary greatly and the species has no set markings except for tearlines as a cheetah would have and okapi stripes on the rump. They can have different spots and stripings as well as some unnatural patterns.

Did you own a Leopolf before this thread?
If you owned a Leopolf of one of the previous versions you MAY NOT use it. Because I know for a fact no one is active with their Leos if they have any. I'm starting completely fresh and all previous Leos are considered "non-existent" unless remade/reposted on these lines.
