LCs can become mates if you yourself have owned them for the right amount of time and they have been ''in a relationship'' for the proper amount of time. c: (a good way to have proof of this, is to maybe post it in the fanclub saying that your LCs are together c;)
OR
You and another user can also agree to make your LCs mates as well, (and post it in the fanclub or show proof of a pm/roleplay for official proof etc) and both must agree to it. c:

You must have had your LCs be together for the set amount of time (a month) before they can breed. I suggest checking out the fanclub and posting saying that Fall is looking for some love, or perhaps checking out the official roleplay. Please read the rules on the front pages before posting again.

When you said a month, I thought you meant they were adopted for at least a month, not "going out" for at least a month. Also, I'm COPPA, so no fanclubs/rolplays 'till next year for this CS person! Sorry if I sound rude. Its just I say it all the time and it kinda gets annoying when you can just see were I don't post.
