Well to get a FlufKat for free you can adopt it and to do that all you have to do is... See if there is any Flufkats you like that say adopt me! in the coloured section. Then just click on it and fill in a form that you can decorate in any way you like and you can add in it's personality, name it's past stuff like that and then whoever made the Flufkat will pick the best form and whoever made the winning forms wins the flufkat
About the customs... well they are not available just now because I don't have time to make them but they might be available in a week or so maybe less (oh and customs will cost but I won't make them cost too much)
