What is a Dragon Mini?~

Rules~
- Do not steal.
- Do not take off signature.
- Give credit to the artist for designs.
- Do not rush making of new designs. This is a side adoption center, when
I feel like doing random little designs out of the blue.

Customs~
I will accept only if I wish to. You may also not request specific
design markings. Just a color suggestion. If you do not like the
one that I make, it will be put UFA and you may order another.
You may only keep ONE custom, though.
