Uni-Lightning Horned Equids,
They're Mystical, Strong, Very Fast, and are Very lovely, Irresistible. They mostly look like a Normal horse, but with strong, but thin legs, long thick tail with fluff at the end. They also have horns, one being the shape of a Lightning, and one small right bellow it. They also have 2 pairs of Fangs, both pair hanging from the top, front pair being much longer then the back.
Why do they have Horns?
Powers: I've not exactly come up with anything to do with powers, but I believe every ULHe will have the same Power as any other of their ranks.
Will there be a RolePlay thread?

I'm not sure of it yet, I'm not good with RP anymore, and I never really did Forum RP (mainly just FeralHeart.)
If I can hire a mod, that is willing to make a thread for this, then please do show your face, but I'll be picky on who I'll hire for that job.
Can there be unrealistic Colored ULHE?

Yes!
If you take a look at just the Mascots they already have unrealistic coloring. I'm pretty sure in the future there will be a ULHE with more unrealistic colors then my Mascots do!
Breeding
Breeding with a Mascot:
- A Mascot can breed unlimited.
- Only I am allowed to own a Mascot, (unless I gift one to an Artist or best friend, but those most likely be a Stud) so that means if a foal becomes Mascot it's more then likely to be my foal.
- About any ULHE I made and own will have the Rank Mascot, which means they have unlimited slots, so everyone or many have a chance to breed with the Mascot's.
- Each Memeber is allowed 3 breedings with any of my Mascots.
- If I invited you to breed with my Mascot, you are basically granted a free slot to breed with the Mascots.
- If you accept, and want a foal from the breeding, only 1 slot will be taken which will be for your foal
- It will cost 10.C$ to breed with a Mascot if I didn't invite you, and it's my choice on if there will be twins, and I'll let
you know what I've decided to happen with the foal.
Breeding your own:
- You must ask either of the artist who made your ULHE (if both said no then ask me), it will cost 5.C$
- Each ULHE have 10 slots for breeding, not per foal (in case it has 2)
- You must have owned that ULHE for at least 10 days
- It's possible for a ULHE to have twins
Breeding yours with another:
- Same rules above apply
- You must ask the owner if you can
- If both agree but want to each have a foal that will mean 2 slots, NOT twins.
- It's possible to have twins, but First serve will remain on the owner of the mother, if the other owner does not want the foal,
it will be put up for adoption publicly.
Stud:
- Can be Stallion or Mare.
- Basically everything needed to be known, is about the same as Mascot, but just can be owned by anyone, but hard to get.
- Can have chances of a foal having leadership.
Why are there 2 Horns?
Small Horn: (It's either one or the other, but Studs have the option of 3 uses of either does not have to be just one)
Breeding 2 of the same gender:
- Each ULHE is allowed to breed ONCE with the same gender as their self.
- After they have gotten a foal (more chances of twins, and only 1 slot taken from each of the parents) Their Small horn will Vanish.
- A Stud has 3 slots, so the horn will not vanish and till after 3 breeds
- Mascots have unlimited, but still will be limited per user, and not allowed very often. (Example: maybe once per 2-4 weeks)
- PLEASE SPEND IT WISELY, it's only in case you feel there might be a perfect foal for you breeding the 2.
OR
Have a foal alike:
- This grant can get you a foal without another parent and the foal will look either 50-90% the same as the Mother or Father who grants the foal. (in this case the ULHE small horn will vanish)
- A Stud has 3 slots, so the horn will not vanish and till after 3 grants!
- Mascots will not have the need of this, but can happen often, and I will allow with a special payment, when a slot is open the price will be listed.
- There are lower chances of Twins in this case then normal breeding.
