If breeding with another user's Fancy Cat, you both must have agreed.
Only submit a ticket if the artist you'd like to create the kittens has an open slot.

They always have two, only one is EXTREMELY rare. More than two is very, very rare.
Kittens grow up between 4-6 weeks, this is when you may ask to have them colored in on the main lineart.
You can choose to keep the kitten, or have the artist to adopt it out.
If it's decided to adopt the kitten out, you get to choose what the form would look like, and help judge.
If one of the parents has wings, or anything else rare, only one of the kittens would inherit it.
If both parents are rare in the same way, then both kittens would have it.
