If you send the wrong payment after I have made it fully and explicitly clear you will be turned down. I will tell you to check the rules again. If you send a payment and it is rejected you don't have any right to say you claimed it first or it is your design now.
No I do not do customs, Sorry It just isn't something I want to do.
There will not be nor will there ever be any reserves whom ever adopts it first gets it.
I do not owe you anything. Please don't ask me to make a reference picture on some other lines, you do it.
