What Is Serenity Shelter?
Serenity is a dog rescue. We rescue dogs of all kinds and rehabilitate them to be able to be adopted. Not all dogs have a nice past, such as just being given up to the shelter because their owners couldn't afford to care for them. Some are abandoned. Some were left for dead. But each one is special, and each one is full of love and ready to share it. We give the dogs the best care we can provide, but nothing beats a home that they can call their own. So are you ready to adopt?

Regulations/Rules
☞ follow all of tess's rules
☞ do not ask to be part of the staff
☞ do not adopt a canine just to sell it or give it away
☞ respect the staff members. they don't have to do any of this.
☞ do not take canines that are not yours
☞ do not complain if you do not get a dog
☞ you can only own three dogs from this shelter
☞ You may not sell any canines, AT ALL. If you do not want your canine any longer, message me so it can be readopted.
☞ All dogs are spayed/neutered, you cannot breed your dogs, ever.

if the requirements for the competition are to come up with a more descriptive backstory, I would like to note that not every dog has a terrible backstory, and you won't win the sadder the story is. Basically, though I am not saying its forbidden, a sob story won't garuntee you the dog. Also, EVERY SINGLE DOG IS SPAYED OR NEUTERED! This is a shelter, which receives thousands of puppies yearly. Therefore, every dog from Serenity shelter is unable to breed. If you are found to have tried to breed your dogs, your dog will be re-adopted and you will loose all ownership of it or any of its art. If you find anyone that has breed one of the serenity shelter canines, or has tried to breed one of them, please message me with a link/proof.

So, this is for people to suggest different canines for the adopts. Also, just to say, just because you suggest an idea does not mean you will get it.

New rule! Do not suggest, like five coat colors per breed! And also, do not ask for multiple breeds on one form!
Another rule! No wolf mixes of any kind!
Oh, and a footnote, breed(s) means mixed breed- don't suggest two dogs per form

Blue Merle Coonhound ----- Red Australian Shepherd Mix

So, these are the shelters mascots! When these dogs came in, together, they were nearly at death's gate. However, Firefly fell in love with the Australian mix, and I the coonhound, and we took them in as our own. Soon, finally back to health, we chose them as a mascot, because they came from weak, hurt, and abused dogs to strong, healthy, and love able dogs.
