We haven't put too much thought into it, but we decided not because then no one would adopt regular adoptions, and we'd be overloaded with high rankings. There would be no point in roleplaying because everyone would get the rank they wanted, and the artists would be overloaded with orders.
Plus, at the moment the species doesn't have too many supporters, and with tons of customs there would be the same people, or people who would get a custom and never love it or do anything with it. If more people do happen to show interest in the species, or for customs of the species, we may open for customs, but right now we are struggling with normal adoptions as is.

The main issue is just lack of people, to be honest. The more people show interest in the species and customs, the more we think about opening customs to the public. c:

We're not entirely against it, but for now customs are just specialty for staff and their friends. c:

Thanks for understanding, glad I made it clear enough. ^>^ And yeah, they do.
The option is still up though for final decision, so nothing has been set in stone yet. c;
