First of all...
What are Lion Equids?

- Far away from any civilisation in the deep savannah in Africa you can find this special type of equids. With their strong legs, strong body, mane and lion tail they look like lions. Instead of a normal horse mane the Lion Equids have a fluffy and strong mane like lions and a strong body with strong legs for better running - they can run about 60 km/h fast!

- Those Equids normally don't have any enemies as they are as high as a normal horse and as strong as a lion. Only enemy could be a whole pack of Lions or hyenas. African Lion Equids can reach an age up to 40 years.

- You can differ Male from Female Equids since the male ones have extra fur on their stomach and a tiny beard.

-The Equid with the biggest mane and strongest body are the leader of the heard.
They lived in peace until their discovery...

- Lion Equids often have different markings. Mostly you can see one with a type of stripes.
Sometimes an ALE also have no stripes. All natural colors are aviable.



- As you can see the Equids can have different types of stripes. The first one is similar to brindles which can either fade or not. The second one are just straight stripes and the third one are swirled stripes. It is possible that one ALE can have different types of stripes.





How you adopt a Lion Equid:

- All Equids you can adopt will have "Adopt me!" written on them. The ones without are not up for adoption/have already beed adopted.

-Please use the form you find on the adoption page, don't add or remove any point, otherwise your form will be ignored.
Small form edits like centred or resized is ok.
- To edit forms are normally not allowed, only if the artist say so.
- You can only try once for an ALE, otherwise the artist will tell you.
- The form for adopting will be find on every Equids page. If there's no form that means you can not adopt it.

- Customs will never be aviable. But I'm open for coat suggestions.

Rules - keep in mind:
- Dont claim the Lion Equids as your own.
- Don't remove my signature.
- You must be registed at least 1 month until you can adopt.
- You can only adopt one Lion Equid a day.
- If you do not want your Equid any longer, tell me and it will be put back for re-adoption.
- You can maximum own 6 Lion Equids.
- If you dont own the Equid you're not allowed to use any picture of him.

As you may know this species was revamped completely.
That means a brand-new start - so if you owned an ALE before the revamping you can keep them but they won't count to your limit but they won't be able to breed later.

I know some of you really liked they old Equids and would like to keep them active in the new community, too.
For this I thought about that I'll offer you to revamp your old Equid, so you can use it for breedings later. But the only hook is if you want your old Equid revamped it will be count to your limit.

But if you'd like your ALE revamped please fill out the form below and I'll do it as soon as possible.
