Well, let us start off with rules, yes, we hate them too:
Customs are rare, they don't happen often, and when they do, they are a rare for cost, and you must make a form, explaining what you want, how it is done, and examples of things you would like to see of it.
Second, most of these are free, and some are not, I may add some crazy ways to earn them, so you will be surprised once, maybe trice(three or two (: )
Don't complain, it is annoying, and aggrevating
Another thing, I have a bad laptop, don't rush me, if I don't get a design in, it is because I am busy, yes I am on a lot, but that is because my iPad is on it.
Don't steal any of the designs I create!
Well you get the point, rules are rules, you have read a lot by now, so the rest is up to you to know.
