EoDD are mythical creatures, who control dreams, deaths, legends and even time.
They slink in the shadows, causing those movements you can just see in the half-light.
They wear masks, but, unlike the old cliche' that nobody knows what's underneath it, people have checked, and there is nothing there at all. Well, there's a mass of shadows, and two pinpricks of light just about shining through, which seem to be their eyes.
They have smooth, silky fur, with shining stones set on their flanks and shoulders.
They come in all colors and coats, and here's the element charts:
Fire: Controls rumors, old sayings and phrases, legends, and other stories passed by mouth. Are the patron dragons of givers of bad news, and tend to enjoy gossip/verbal warfare but not so much physical fighting.
Ice: Bringers of dreams. Fast, sleek and brave, they don't frighten easily. They differ in personalities, from the ones who bring good dreams, who are soft and gentle, the ones who bring dreams of the future, who are wise and respected, to the ones assigned to create nightmares, who are violent, twisted, sadistic and in a few cases just plain mad. At the best of times the latter are cultured and sarcastic, with the phrase "So sharp you might just cut yourself" having been created by the Fire Dragons with them in mind. (Actually, the personality of classic vampires was based on them.) At worst, they are ruthless, blunt, crude killers. Luckily, more fall into the first group than the second.
Death: Pretty obvious, no? The control death, and are cold, professional and practical. They very rarely mate, because, well, giving new life kinda' goes against everything they stand for. (And they're just too busy to fall in love, according to them.) Instead, baby Deaths appear at random times, in a manner unknown to most.
Purple Flame: Not much is known about these dragons, except the facts they are immortal, and very, very, wise. They control fate, destiny and the other dragons. Mostly the are wise and kind by nature, because a violent Purple would cause chaos, literally!
