It says in the rules that artists do customs for anyone but its not very clear and I can't find a form and yeah.... lol

Go to the specific Artist's Corner (That you'd like to do it) and they should have a form there.

Thier Artist Corner should've been done a few days ago, so they should all be there unless I specifically excused them.
