Okwaho wrote: Hello! My name is Okwaho. I'm the mascot of Harmony wolves! Do you want to learn more about us? Please keep reading! Harmony wolves are pack-living canines that reside in mountainous, snowy regions. We can either have a long, soft, plushy coat or a short, sleek, smooth coat. Our fur is soft, silky, and usually has intricate, bright- colored patterns. We have "feather chimes", small bells, hanging from our tails. We also have two types of horns, either pointed towards our back or curved around our ears. Mine are curved! We love attention, and we're usually up for a good romp in the snow! Although we're quite attached to each other, we sometimes find a human that holds a special place in our hearts. My human is Sikara, and I hope you find the perfect harmony wolf for you!

.:Harmony Wolves are greyhound sized as adults, whippet sized as teens,
and italian greyhound sized as pups :.
.:HWs can live to be about 30 years old:.
.:HWs live in snowy, mountainous regions and thrive in winter:.
.:Harmony wolf females are considered leaders and are respected
throughout all packs. Females are less likely to bond with a human, and
it's harder to adopt a female:.:.
.:Did you notice the little bells hanging off of Okwaho's tail? Those are feather chimes, small glowing orbs that play music. The orbs are made out of condensed feather material. Usually these chimes are silent, unless the HW has a very strong emotion. For example, a terrified HW's feather chimes might play Beethoven's 5th symphony, while a euphoric (happy) HW's bells would play Winter Winds. Feather chimes are always light colored, and are the same color as their eyes. Harmony wolves without feather chimes are shunned from society and considered demonic, even though the lack of feather chimes is the only thing differing them. Harmony wolves with feather chimes that float around their tail and need no tether are considered holy almost, and usually grow up to become healers:.
.:Harmony wolves are speedy creatures, and closely resemble sighthounds. Their rose ears provide little resistance against the wind, and their long tails serve as rudders. This makes them able to hunt small, swift prey that take quick turns:.
.:Female HWs have small, transparent wings to tell them apart from males. These wings also have two large feather chimes attached to them:.
.:HW's horns are for decoration only, and never used for fighting:.
.:Harmony wolves are very peaceful creatures; fighting only for defense:.
.:HW's live in nomadic packs. With about 15 HWs per pack, they travel to
follow prey through the mountains:.
.:Harmony wolves hold high esteem for females and HWs with no tether on
their feather chimes, while HWs without feather chimes are shunned and
avoided by the packs. Some packs even evict HWs without feather chimes:.
Simple genetics determine the outcome of each harmony wolf. Lowercase letters are "recessive" alleles, or traits that you can't see on the surface but still exist in the genes. Uppercase letters are "dominant" alleles, or traits that push out recessive alleles and always show on the surface. Does that make sense? Use the table below to help you. For example, a HW with the genetics Ffhh would have a fluffy coat and pointy horns.
