so glad! I found a neat trick to make the feathers look really cool, I might get another one done tonight.

hang on- am I allowed to make one as a custom for myself?

Yes, but only one. The other one(if you want another Mocking Jay) you'll have to apply for yourself (though it would have to be made by me or another artist if I ever had another one)
